Cecil Park

FOUNDER AND CEO

Cecil Park is a renowned winemaker with extensive experience in the wine industry. With a degree in viticulture and enology from the University of California, Davis, Cecil has a deep understanding of the science and art of winemaking.

Her expertise in blending different grape varietals to create complex and balanced wines has earned her critical acclaim, and her wines have been featured in top publications such as James Suckling, Shanghai Wine Challenge, and San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

With her vast knowledge of winemaking techniques and vineyard practices, Cecil offers wine education and consulting services to other wineries and aspiring winemakers. She can provide valuable insights on vineyard development, grape selection, fermentation techniques, barrel aging, and blending, among other topics.

Cecil's approach to wine education and consulting is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and develop customized solutions that help them achieve their desired outcomes.

ADAM CASTO

WINEMAKER AND WINERY DESIGNER

Adam, as a winery designer is responsible for creating a space that reflects the brand's values and provides an immersive experience for visitors. Having studied both Engineering and Fine Art, Adam’s path to winemaking and winery design was an unexpected one. Originally from Colorado, Adam Casto spent the majority of a decade working in winemaking around the world; from New Zealand and Australia to South America and Europe. With a passion for mountains and the fruit character they provide, he eventually decided to settle in the Napa Valley.

Adam’s diverse background has allowed him the opportunity to be involved with many facets of the wine industry, and he regularly utilizes a wide range of skills throughout it. Working with some of Napa’s most premiere estates and intelligentsia has provided the fortuity to expand his unique understanding of wineasa cultural device both functional and recondite.

Adam is most interested in the semiotic analogue between wine as design instrument, its ongoing reciprocal evolution with society and the cultural implications thereof, and carries this perspective through his design approach to winery aesthetic and function.

MIKE NUÑEZ

DIRECTOR OF VINEYARD OPERATIONS

Mike is a third generation grape grower, and was born and raised in St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley. Mike began his viticultural career in 1995 at Silver Oak Cellars. While at Silver Oak, Mike apprenticed under Justin Meyer learning to farm ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Mike has an A.S. Degree in Viticulture from Napa College as well as a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Pacific Union College. Mike is an active member in the Napa Valley Grape Growers Association and the Napa Valley Vineyard Technical Group. He lives in Napa and enjoys what our beautiful Napa Valley has to offer while also spending time with his family.

Wesley Mcbratney

WINEMAKER

Wesley McBratney has spent nearly a decade in winemaking, working in Napa, CA and New Zealand. He has a passion for wine, and skills learned from multiple degrees at UC Davis, where he studied Physics, Neurobiology and most importantly Viticulture and Oenology. 

Wesley focuses on the natural personality of each wine, prioritizing the freshness and clarity of fruit and site when making wine. He believes that each wine has a unique personality, and he allows that personality to dictate the direction of winemaking. Wesley collaborates with Cecil Park at Winefornia to bring their clients' wine vision to life. With his strong scientific background, exceptional palate, and unquenchable curiosity for the new and exciting, Wesley is truly a force to be reckoned with in the wine industry.

Audrey Lee

BRAND DEVELOPMENT AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Audrey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance from the University of Oregon. With her expertise in regulations and compliance requirements, Audrey has developed and executed effective brand development strategies for numerous wine sales clients. As a successful brand ambassador at various tasting events, Audrey's strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, combined with her excellent communication and interpersonal skills, has engaged customers and communicated brand messages effectively. With a customer-focused approach, Audrey has built and maintained strong relationships with clients and customers, increasing brand loyalty and sales.
